Please be aware that there is a recent revision to the Talent Quest Guidelines. This is due in large part to the negotiations dealing with copyright laws. Much grace will be shown at District and Conference due to the late notice. National Fine Arts will be required to enforce the new guidelines specifically as it pertains to vocal categories using a soundtrack. 

Also, a parental waiver must be signed for every participant. Thank you for understanding.
